Had to pause the video and comment. Love this video! I've been natural for years. The other day, I caught myself feeling disgusted that in all this time, my 4c hair isn't touching my shoulders yet! Then I realized that I'm not mentally prepared to take care of MORE hair. Lol. I don't enjoy my wash days and caring for my hair has become a chore. So with that attitude, how can it grow longer? I gotta be mistreating it in some way and not even realizing it. I thought back to twisting it and I'm not even respecting my ends as if I want to stop twisting soon.
